Generation Active

Generation Active is a specially designed program to help you embrace the joys of vitality.
This is a group class of mindfulness practices combined with physical activities that will help you with balance, maintain strength and posture, stay centered on reducing stress, and continue to stay active. This class is also great for folks who are easing back into activity, whether it’s from a less active lifestyle or an injury. Practice is appropriate for all levels. Please come dressed in active wear, and shoes are optional. Yoga mats, fitness bands, and other equipment as needed are provided.
